Paying for Your Dental Service at Cariboo Dental Clinic, Williams Lake

Seeing a dentist on a regular basis can not only save your teeth, but also save you money in the long run. By getting routine dental check-ups, the dentists at Cariboo Dental Clinic will be able to identify oral health conditions before they escalate. Early detection can save you from requiring a costly procedure to correct the problem.
Payment Options
Once you’ve seen the dentist at Cariboo Dental Clinic, payment for you visit is due unless you’ve made other arrangements with us in advance. We do accept most insurance company dental plans, and can file a claim for you, however, most insurance companies require that you pay for your dental services at the time of your visit and they will reimburse you within four to six weeks of submitting your claim.
For those patients who do not have dental insurance coverage, we accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover cards as payment.
Cariboo Dental Clinic will send you a monthly statement, which itemizes the services we performed and the cost. If you filed a claim with your insurance provider, expect a response within four to six weeks. Contact us if your statement does not reflect your insurance payment within that timeframe. Please note that any remaining balance after your insurance has paid is your responsibility. Your prompt remittance is appreciated. We can make arrangements for a monthly payment plan but this must be arranged prior to the actual procedure.
