Dr. Menzies graduated from Edinburgh Dental School in 1973. He sat the Canadian Board exams in 1974. After emigrating to Canada in 1975, he began working as a dental associate in Vancouver and Pender Harbour for 2 years.

Dr. Menzies arrived in Williams Lake on January 1977, intending to stay for only 2 years. He and his family have now been in the community for 30 years ! Dr. Menzies and his wife Maggie have two children, John and Kate. They are now grown up and are doing post-graduate studies in France and England. Dr. Menzies enjoys golfing, sailing, skiing and the occasional game of squash.


Dr. Christine Constabel

Dr. Christine Constabel graduated from the College of Dentistry at the University of Saskatchewan in 1983. She moved to Williams Lake to associate at the Cariboo Dental Clinic for 
one year. 27 years later she is still an Associate of the Cariboo Dental Clinic, and we simply adore her.

Dr. Constabel is married to Bill Klopp and has four beautiful children, the oldest of which is to graduate in June of 2005 from high school.

Dr. Constabel has much to offer our community as she is involved in many community organizations. Her love for music has found an outlet in directing her church choir. As an accomplished flute player, she is a founding member of the Opus Musicum, a chamber music group. Dr.Constabel also teaches flute lessons.

Dr. Constabel as well enjoys the very active Arts Community of Williams Lake. Currently she is the president of the Community Arts Council and has been involved with organizing performances for 16 years. DR. CONSTABEL WAS NOMINATED CITIZEN OF THE YEAR 2008 IN WILLIAMS LAKE.

Outdoor recreational activities are also her passion and are easily pursued in Williams Lake. Besides enjoying the local lakes and mountains with her family, she has been a Girl Guide Leader for many years and now holds the position of District Commisions.

Williams Lake continues to offer wonderful opportunities and to keep Dr. Constabel's busy life in balance she works a part-time schedule.


Dr. Bhatti joined the Cariboo Dental Clinic team in 2007 after moving to Williams Lake from Vancouver, BC. She is a graduate from UBC's Faculty of Dentistry where she received her DMD (Doctor of Dental Medicine). She is the recipient of the Pierre Fauchard Academy award for her outstanding academic achievement in general dentistry, and is also the recipient of the Cerum Orthodontics award, UBC Dentistry Removable Prosthodontics award, and the Gladys Neale Scholarship. While at UBC, Dr. Bhatti was also involved in numerous extracurricular activities including playing ice hockey. Prior to receiving early acceptance to dental school, Dr. Bhatti had completed 3 years towards a B.Sc (Bachelor of Science) degree with a major in Chemistry at UNBC, Prince George.

Dr. Bhatti who was born and raised in the Cariboo (Quesnel, BC) has always enjoyed the 'small town feel' that the northern towns and cities have to offer. During dental school, Dr. Bhatti had the opportunity to complete a summer internship with a dental practice in Prince George. While in Prince George she also volunteered regularly at the Pain Clinic.

Dr. Bhatti speaks English and Punjabi fluently and understands Hindi well. Dr. Bhatti enjoys the outdoors and playing sports. She currently has discovered a new interest of traveling and learning about different countries around the world.


Dr. Sajan is the newest member of our team. Dr. Sajan graduated from the University of Western Ontario's, Schulich School of Medicine and Dentistry. Dr. Sajan is BC born and raised (Nanaimo), and enjoys all facets of Family Dentistry. Dr. Sajan is very active in the community, and has enjoyed volunteering with a variety of causes including the Boys and Girls Club, the Williams Lake BCSPCA, the United Way, the UBC Humanitarian Society, as well as putting together a fundraising hockey game to benefit the Princess Margaret Hospital Foundation.

Dr. Sajan enjoys many sports and outdoor activities including volleyball, tennis, softball and hockey. Dr. Sajan also appreciates travelling to learn about the different cultures around the world. He has traveled around the globe, and completed a 4 month student exchange program in Australia. Dr. Sajan is also an avid music fan, with a special interest in Disc Jockeying.
